The Salvation Army Community & Family Services is committed to providing physical, emotional and spiritual support. This is done in the following ways: emergency aid with food and clothing, information and referral to other agencies, camps, disaster services, and counselling.

Our Community Services office has been temporarily relocated to:

All of our usual services (food bank, clothing, snacks, etc.) continue to be offered at this location.

Operation Hope in Cambridge (OHC)

Our mobile feeding and resource program for the unsheltered in Cambridge continues to offer services on the 150 Main parking lot at noon on Thursdays, as well as other locations around the city thereafter.

Monday 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Tuesday 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Wednesday 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Thursday 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Friday CLOSED

Please note that we are closed for lunch

    • Food bank: The Family Services food bank relies on donations from the community. Please contact us for more information on how to donate.

    • Kettle fundraiser and toy drive: Christmas is a time when many are in need, and The Salvation Army Kettle fundraiser is a way to give to those in your community. All funds from the Kettle fundraiser stay in the community and help us to supply food and toys to those who need them.

    • Food of the month: Every month we have a targeted food item that we seek to help fill the needs of our clients and replenish our pantry.

    • Donate in person at 63 Water Street South in Cambridge, ON. Our church office is open Monday to Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Credit card donations cannot be accepted at this location.
